Departments

We have several departments; each specialising in a particular group of species. Some of these sections are available at both stores and some only at one. Each department has staff who understand the creatures in that section and will be able to give you specialist advice on the care and well-being of your pets. We are not a veterinary practise but our people have built up a wealth of knowledge in their area of expertise and will do their level best to answer your queries, help with problems … and if they cannot resolve your issue will probably know someone who can!
